Support

Coracao makes printed picture books for parents. Email us and a person will reply.

Include the email you used at checkout, or, for a book made in ChatGPT, the approximate date and the child's nickname you used in the story. You do not need to send photos.

What we can help with

A printed order: payment, address, shipping, or a book that has not arrived
A reprint if the printed book is damaged or the words do not match the story
Deleting a book made on coracao.ai or in the ChatGPT plugin, including the illustrations

What we keep

Photos you attach in ChatGPT stay in your chat. Coracao receives the story text, a nickname, labels for those photos, and the illustrations ChatGPT draws. Unpurchased books are deleted when you ask, or after 18 months without changes. A book that has been sent to the printer is kept so we can fulfil and support the order. Ask us to delete the illustrations once it has shipped.

The ChatGPT plugin sells only the printed book. Payment and shipping happen on coracao.ai. We do not sell a digital copy inside ChatGPT.
